一、个人基本情况:

司怀军,男,汉族,197110月生,博士,二级教授,博士研究生导师。现任研究生院院长,兼任中国作物学会马铃薯专业委员会副秘书长,中国农业生物技术学会理事,中国遗传学会理事,中国农业生物化学与分子生物学会理事,甘肃省遗传学会副理事长,甘肃省植物学会副理事长,甘肃省作物学会副理事长,甘肃省农学会理事,甘肃省高级科技专家协会理事,甘肃临洮马铃薯科技小院首席专家,甘肃省“555”创新人才工程人选、甘肃农业大学伏羲杰出人才培育计划人选。《作物学报》、《生命的化学》、《生物学杂志》、《中国马铃薯》、《甘肃农业大学学报》、《高校生物学教学研究(电子版)》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》等刊物编委。

教育经历:19946月获甘肃农业大学农学学士学位,19976月获甘肃农业大学作物遗传育种专业硕士学位,20036月获华中农业大学作物遗传育种专业博士学位。20042月至7月由国家留学基金委派遣,作为西部地区人才培养特别项目的访问学者,在新西兰林肯大学从事马铃薯生物技术研究。

工作经历:19977月参加工作,2000年晋升讲师,2003年被聘为副教授,2008年晋升教授。200710月至20099月挂职任中共民乐县人民政府副县长。20071月至200912月任生命科学技术学院院长助理,20101月至201312月任生命科学技术学院副院长(20129月至201312月主持学院行政工作),20141月至20229月任生命科学技术学院院长;202210月至今任研究生院院长。
